Role Description

We're looking for an experienced and inspiring Senior Change Manager to join our Change and Transformation Directorate at a pivotal time for Change Grow Live. As we continue to evolve, innovate and deliver our ambitious strategy, you'll play a key role in helping colleagues across the organisation embrace, adopt and sustain meaningful change.

As Senior Change Manager, you'll lead the development and delivery of change strategies across a portfolio of complex organisational initiatives. Leading a team of change professionals, you'll ensure colleagues are supported through change journeys, benefits are realised, and new ways of working become embedded across the organisation.

You'll work closely with senior leaders, programme teams and operational colleagues to build confidence, capability and engagement, helping people understand not only what is changing, but why it matters.

As a senior leader within the directorate, you'll help shape our organisational approach to change. You'll build strong partnerships, coach and develop others, and create networks of change champions who inspire confidence and encourage continuous improvement. Through visible and inclusive leadership, you'll help foster a culture where learning, innovation and adaptability are part of everyday practice.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex organisational change programmes within large and evolving environments.
• Authentic and compassionate leader who can inspire, influence and engage stakeholders at every level.
• Ability to build trusted relationships quickly and bring people together around a common purpose.
• Combination of strategic thinking with practical delivery, turning vision into measurable outcomes.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and can navigate ambiguity with confidence and resilience.
• Passionate about developing people, building organisational capability and creating sustainable change.

Requirements

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
• This is primarily a home-based role within a virtual team.
• Occasional travel to locations across the UK will be required as business needs dictate.

Benefits

• Salary Range: CGL points 50 to 54 (£56,935.91 - £61,608.17).
