Role Description
We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, tech-savvy Online Business Manager to work directly with entrepreneur, marketing strategist, speaker and author Shannon Kinney to help turn several established brands, programs and intellectual property into scalable, growing businesses.
This isn't a traditional administrative role, and we're not looking for someone who simply waits for a task list. We're looking for a right-hand person who can take a vision, turn it into a plan, organize the resources required to execute it, and make sure it gets across the finish line.
What You'll Help Us Build

Marketing coaching and education program for entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Practice helping organizations strategically adopt and leverage AI across marketing, sales, and business operations.

Personal-brand platform, content, courses, and upcoming book focused on helping women entrepreneurs and leaders find their voice, build their authority, and become more visible.

Higher-level business growth program for established women entrepreneurs ready to translate their personal authority into a stronger, more scalable business.
What You'll Own

Program & Launch Management:
Translate strategic plans into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Manage launches and ongoing promotion of courses, consulting programs, workshops, and digital products.

Content Operations:
Manage the content calendar; turn long-form content, presentations, webinars, and videos into social content and other assets.

Lead Generation:
Work on specific lead generation activities including offer launches, webinars, researching and securing speaking engagements, and email list building efforts.

Video & Multimedia:
Comfortable with basic-to-intermediate video production and editing for social media, courses, and marketing campaigns.

AI & Marketing Technology:
Customize and maintain AI tools, identify opportunities to automate repetitive work, and document successful AI processes.

Team & Contractor Management:
Oversee VAs, freelancers, and specialized contractors; assign work, establish deadlines, and review deliverables.

Calendar & Customer Experience:
Manage program calendars, oversee incoming inquiries from customers and prospects, and ensure high-touch experiences.
Qualifications

Significant experience as an Online Business Manager, Operations Manager, Chief of Staff, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.

Experience working directly with a founder, entrepreneur, coach, consultant, author, or thought leader.

Experience managing digital products, courses, coaching programs, or launches.

Understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, landing pages, content marketing, and lead generation.

Excellent writing and editing skills.

Hands-on experience with content creation and social media distribution.

Basic-to-intermediate video editing skills.

Comfortable with AI tools and genuinely curious about emerging technology.

Ability to recruit, screen, and manage VAs, freelancers, and contractors effectively.

Highly organized with a natural inclination towards systems, workflows, calendars, and deadlines.

Proactive in identifying what needs to happen without waiting to be told.

Clear communication skills and willingness to follow up and push projects forward.

The Opportunity
This is initially a part-time remote contractor position, approximately 20β25 hours per week, with the potential to expand as our programs and revenue grow. We're looking for someone interested in becoming an important, long-term member of the team.
You will work closely with one of our entrepreneurs and have significant autonomy and responsibility.
