Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are looking for a proactive and organized Social Media Community Engagement & Outreach VA to help increase the client’s visibility and build relationships within the local real estate community.

• Focus primarily on engaging with relevant Facebook and Instagram posts.
• Interact with real estate professionals and maintain consistent, meaningful online activity.
• Content creation, research, and analytics will be secondary responsibilities.
• The ideal candidate is personable, professional, detail-oriented, and able to track and report daily activities accurately.
• Objective: Assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management, community engagement, or online outreach.
• Strong written English and the ability to write natural, professional, and personalized comments.
• Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram, preferably for business or real estate purposes.
• Good research and organizational skills, with the ability to identify relevant local real estate contacts and communities.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and maintain accurate activity records.
• Understanding of professional online communication and appropriate engagement practices.

Requirements

• Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
• Daily Working Time: Flexible-EST
• APPLICATIONS AND TOOLS REQUIRED:
• Facebook: For community engagement, monitoring, and relationship building.
• Instagram: For engaging with relevant local real estate accounts and monitoring interactions.
• Social Media Scheduling Tools: Familiarity with scheduling and publishing tools, if required by the client.
• Tracking and Reporting Tools: Ability to maintain activity logs, record working hours, and provide daily updates using spreadsheets or other client-designated tools.
