[Hiring] Part-Time Marketing Manager @No Sweat Work Media

Role Description

This is a remote position.

• Hours: you propose what you can deliver within the budget (approximately 5 to 10 hours per week initially, with the option to increase if we see a meaningful return)
• In short: you take home R4,350 a week before tax, for roughly 5 to 10 hours of work. That’s about R17,400 a month.
• Arrangement: remote freelance / independent contractor, long-term opportunity, starting with a paid 30-day trial
• Location: South African based only

Qualifications

• Practical financial literacy: understanding of mortgages, interest rates, savings, household cash flow, managing debt and borrowing to buy property.
• A genuine interest in banking, debt, and personal finance.
• Proven experience managing social media and digital content.
• A commercial mindset and initiative to work with minimal day-to-day direction.
• Short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Canva or similar).
• Working knowledge of AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with analytics and performance reporting.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Requirements

• Experience marketing financial services or professional services is a significant advantage.
• Experience creating content for Australian audiences is desirable.
• Experience with lead generation and email campaigns is desirable.
