[Hiring] Senior Media Buyer @Huzzle

Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced Media Buyer with 4+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns. This is more than a campaign-management role. You’ll be expected to understand the entire conversion funnel, from ad creative and targeting through landing-page performance, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and average order value (AOV).

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable making decisions based on performance data. You should be able to identify whether performance issues originate from the ads, landing pages, offer, conversion rate, or broader customer journey and recommend actionable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across relevant advertising platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and allocate budgets based on profitability and growth opportunities.
• Analyze key metrics including ROAS, CPA/CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and AOV.
• Evaluate landing pages to identify friction points and opportunities to improve conversion rates.
• Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles to improve campaign profitability.
• Analyze average order value (AOV) and understand how offers, bundles, upsells, and the customer journey impact overall economics.
• Diagnose performance across the complete funnel rather than optimizing advertising metrics in isolation.
• Develop and execute structured testing strategies across audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages.
• Identify winning campaigns and confidently scale budgets while maintaining performance targets.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and other stakeholders to develop new campaign angles and improve performance.
• Produce clear performance reports and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Stay current with paid media trends, platform changes, and performance marketing best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional media buying / paid advertising experience.
• Proven track record managing and optimizing meaningful paid media budgets.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and direct-response advertising.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate landing-page performance and conversion funnels.
• Strong knowledge of CRO and conversion-rate analysis.
• Strong understanding of AOV, CAC/CPA, ROAS, and unit economics.
• Ability to interpret campaign and funnel data and identify the underlying causes of performance changes.
• Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests across creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable taking ownership of performance targets and making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate effectively with a distributed team.
