Role Description

We are hiring a Senior Marketing Specialist to deliver scalable, data-driven email programs in Adobe Marketo Engage while blending creative execution with technical precision.

• Design modular, responsive email templates and landing page layouts within Marketo.
• Troubleshoot and refine email builds using HTML/CSS to fix rendering, spacing, and formatting across clients and devices.
• Convert Figma designs into dependable email implementations that display correctly in major client software.
• Develop Marketo landing pages, forms, and reusable modules to reduce future turnaround time.
• Implement Marketo nurture programs and segmentation to meet multiple campaign objectives.
• Launch campaigns ranging from single sends to multi-step drip programs and webinar/event promotions.
• Assemble program assets such as merge tags and dynamic content while adhering to Marketo conventions for naming and organization.
• Coordinate with operations to keep data accurate, maintain contact records, and align lead scoring and routing rules.
• Analyze delivery, rendering, and tracking performance by reviewing open rates, clicks, unsubscribes, and bounce metrics.
• Perform comprehensive QA checks before deployment to verify rendering, links, and personalization accuracy.
• Execute A/B tests covering subject lines, sender names, design/layout options, and send-time optimization.
• Create targeted lists using Marketo segmentation and advanced filters while complying with GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM and maintaining data cleanliness.
• Verify UTM parameters and link setups across marketing content to ensure consistent attribution.
• Partner with marketing, design, content, and campaign teams to gather requirements and guide assets through approvals.
• Manage timelines and scheduling for email and campaign work in a fast-moving, continuous marketing cadence.
• Maintain documentation for build patterns, coding guidelines, and template libraries to improve team efficiency.
• Propose enhancements leveraging emerging Marketo features and broader industry trends to improve results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience building and running campaigns in Adobe Marketo Engage; Marketo Certified Professional or Associate is beneficial, or equivalent experience with HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Working proficiency in HTML/CSS, especially for diagnosing and preventing email rendering inconsistencies.
• Experience validating emails with Litmus or Email on Acid in real production workflows.
• Strong knowledge of deliverability, sender reputation, and regulatory requirements including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL.
• Demonstrated skill in designing and interpreting A/B testing strategies and results.
• Track record of converting static design files into production-ready, branded email templates.
• High attention to detail with a disciplined, repeatable QA approach.
• Ability to juggle multiple simultaneous email builds under tight timelines and pressure.
• Good command of English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or above.
