Role Description

Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented, multi-skilled Remote E-Commerce Content & Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and expand the brand's marketplace presence. Reporting to e-commerce leadership, this professional will execute product listing optimizations, design high-converting Amazon A+ Content and Brand Stores, run paid marketplace ad campaigns (Amazon Advertising and Walmart Connect), edit short-form product videos, and build automated email flows via Helium 10 to drive sales velocity and review generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketplace Storefront Design & Visual Asset Creation:
  • Creates, designs, and formats optimized product listing infographics, secondary listing images, and hero graphics across Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy.
  • Builds high-converting Amazon A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content), Amazon Brand Stores, and Walmart Brand Shops.
  • Produces, resizes, and edits visual ad creatives, social graphics, and short-form product videos for Product Detail Pages (PDPs), off-site ad channels, and email campaigns.
  • Executes systematic A/B testing (via Amazon Experiments) on high-priority listings to optimize click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
• Marketplace Advertising & Growth Programs:
  • Sets up, manages, and optimizes sponsored ad campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) on Amazon Advertising and Walmart Connect to meet strict Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS) and ROAS targets.
  • Coordinates promotional deals, digital coupons, and price promotions across target marketplace platforms.
  • Leverages off-site traffic programs, including the Amazon Creator Program, Amazon Vine Reviewer Program, and Amazon Brand Referral Bonus attribution tracking.
• Email Marketing, Automations & Brand Operations:
  • Drafts, designs, and analyzes targeted email marketing campaigns and product launch announcements.
  • Configures and maintains Helium 10 buyer-seller automated messaging flows to secure positive seller feedback and customer product reviews.
  • Maintains organized digital asset management (DAM) libraries on Google Drive and FTP servers.
  • Analyzes monthly sales metrics, search term analytics, and ad performance data from Amazon Brand Analytics, Walmart Connect, and Google Analytics to deliver actionable executive reports.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of hands-on experience managing product listings, catalog updates, and sponsored ad campaigns (PPC) on Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Connect.
• Proven ability to build Amazon A+ Content, Amazon Brand Stores, and Walmart Brand Shops that elevate brand presentation and conversion rates.
• Proficiency utilizing design and editing software such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or AI design platforms to format, resize, and edit visual assets and short-form videos.
• Practical experience configuring, monitoring, and optimizing PPC ad campaigns to hit target ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS thresholds.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP) to analyze Amazon Brand Analytics and marketplace performance reports.
• Experience setting up buyer-seller automated messaging using Helium 10, FeedbackWhiz, or similar e-commerce review automation tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills to author persuasive listing copy, draft email campaigns, and present reports to leadership.
• Ability to work full-time during standard US business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET).
• Modern computer setup, HD webcam, headset, and reliable high-speed internet connection in a quiet home office environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Product Information Management (PIM) systems, catalog tools, and bulk flat-file CSV uploads on Seller Central.
• Familiarity with off-site social advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), Amazon Vine, and the Amazon Brand Referral Program.
• Hands-on experience managing asset transfers via FTP servers and utilizing Google Analytics for multi-channel attribution.
