[Hiring] Senior Manager, Organic Growth @Mixbook

Role Description

The Senior Manager, Organic Growth will own and evolve Mixbook's organic growth program to drive sustainable traffic, customer acquisition, revenue, and long-term brand authority across traditional search and emerging discovery channels. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, you will develop and execute Mixbook's organic growth and SEO strategy across:

• Technical SEO
• Information architecture
• On-page optimization
• Site discoverability
• Authority building
• AI/LLM-driven discovery

As Mixbook's subject matter expert in organic discovery, you will bring deep SEO expertise and strategic vision to identify where Mixbook can increase visibility, capture customer demand, and build authority, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Brand, Content, and Creative. This role carries strong operational and technical ownership:

• Evaluating information architecture, platform, and site structure decisions
• Identifying opportunities to improve crawlability and discoverability
• Translating organic growth opportunities into clear business requirements and prioritized recommendations

Content is an important lever in that work, and you will identify the search demand, content gaps, and optimization opportunities that help cross-functional teams strengthen organic performance.

You will define the longer-term strategy and roadmap while remaining close to day-to-day execution, balancing strategic planning with hands-on optimization, technical problem-solving, and ongoing performance management. This is a role for someone who can drive near-term results while building a durable, future-ready program that adapts to shifts in AI/LLM-driven discovery, zero-click search, and evolving customer behaviors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across SEO, organic growth, or related digital growth roles
• Deep hands-on SEO expertise and a strong track record driving organic growth for ecommerce, marketplace, or DTC brands
• Proven ability to independently own and operate a holistic organic growth and SEO program
• Deep expertise across technical SEO, information architecture, site hierarchy and taxonomy, on-page optimization, internal linking, structured data and schema markup
• Strong experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams
• Demonstrated ability to identify search demand, content gaps, and authority opportunities
• Strong analytical and experimentation mindset
• Strong understanding of modern search ecosystems
• Experience managing international and localization SEO programs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools
• Prior experience in a Product Management or SEO Product role is a plus
