Responsibilities

Think boldly about how work could be done differently, opening the aperture to what is possible with AI.

Lead a cross-functional team to define the future-state, AI-first operating model for assigned workstreams.

Provide frameworks, methodologies, and advisory support to business teams.

Critically assess the current state and develop future-state options.

Conduct strategic analyses and integrate external research with Microsoftβs data.
-
Partner cross-functionally with business teams, technology teams, HR, and Finance.

Manage the project end to end, scoping deliverables and running an agile teaming model.

Embed change management into the program approach.

Develop written documents and deliver findings to senior leaders.
-
Design experiments to test new operating models and scale what works.
-
Advance the AI-First culture agenda within the organization.

Experiment with and adopt AI in your own work.
Qualifications
-
Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 4+ years experience in marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience.

OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years experience in the same areas.

OR equivalent experience.

4+ years experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, and/or Finance.
Requirements

Benefits

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year.
-
For specific locations like the San Francisco Bay area and New York City, the base pay range is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.

Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
