Role Description
As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist in our Marketing Operations Team, your purpose will be to build and scale segmented lifecycle programs that drive sustained engagement, improve long-term retention, and increase customer lifetime value (LTV) across our global beauty, health, and wellness marketplace.
- Strategically design and deploy multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app).
- Optimize customer journeys through data-driven A/B testing and segmentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences.
- Analyze and report on key metrics, driving continuous improvement and ROI.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in Lifecycle/CRM marketing within a SaaS or two-sided marketplace environment, driving user engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of customer journey mapping and multi-channel campaign optimization (email, push, SMS, in-app).
- Strong analytical skills with A/B testing, segmentation, and experience using marketing automation tools (Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, etc.).
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer-centric messaging and experiences.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Fluent English.

- Experience in a PLG environment.
- Experience in building journeys that focus on both B2B and B2C customers.
