Role Description

This role sits at the intersection of client strategy, onboarding, and team leadership. You will serve as the crucial bridge between incoming organic demand and our execution teams. By leading discovery calls, crafting tailored proposals, and setting the strategic vision, you will transform pre-qualified leads into active, revenue-generating campaigns. Once a project is onboarded, you will delegate execution to the campaign management team while overseeing high-level performance, client retention, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Strategy & Commercialization:
  • Act as the primary strategic point of contact for new inbound inquiries.
  • Lead introduction calls with other team members, vet and qualify organic leads, and translate client visions into highly effective proposals, pitch decks, and RFPs.
• Seamless Client Onboarding:
  • Build the bridge from signed contracts to active projects.
  • Structure campaign roadmaps, align deliverables with client goals, and seamlessly transition daily operations to the execution team.
• Campaign Oversight & Retention:
  • Monitor active and old clients/campaigns to ensure client budgets are fully utilized and performance metrics are achieved.
  • Unlock old opportunities into new opportunities.
  • Apply data and analytics to current campaign efforts to optimize creator bookings, drive account growth, and ensure long-term client retention.
• Global Creator Network:
  • Leverage your established industry experience and deep access to influencers through communities, talent agencies, and databases to unlock niche opportunities, with a primary focus on Europe, APAC, and Latin America.
• Team Operations & Delegation:
  • Establish agile operational processes.
  • Translate complex campaign strategies into actionable tasks, effectively delegating day-to-day execution to Influencer Marketing Campaign Managers and Assistants.
• Mentorship & Upskilling:
  • Actively train, guide, and upskill team members to foster professional growth, improve campaign delivery, and elevate the overall intelligence of the team.
