[Hiring] Senior Growth Marketing Manager @Acuity Insights

Role Description

Build the demand engine for Acuity’s next stage of growth. Acuity Insights is entering a new stage of growth, having spent years building products used by higher education programs. As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll help turn that opportunity into demand.

You’ll have:

• Working campaigns
• A strong webinar program
• Recurring prospect communications
• Established cross-functional partners
• Improving data and measurement capabilities

You’ll also have real whitespace to build nurture capabilities and explore international demand generation.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B demand generation with accountability for qualified leads, pipeline, and commercial outcomes, ideally in SaaS or another complex B2B environment.
• Experience designing, launching, measuring, and optimizing integrated campaigns across various channels.
• Experience in bringing a new product or meaningful product development to market.
• Experience independently planning and executing webinars or other virtual events end to end.
• Experience using marketing and funnel data to evaluate performance and understand marketing activity contributions.
• Experience building or significantly improving nurture programs and recurring prospect communications using HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Experience partnering closely with Sales and Product Marketing.
• Experience using AI meaningfully in marketing work.
• Experience generating demand outside North America, particularly in Australia/New Zealand or the UK/Ireland.

• Transparent compensation: Salary between $110,000–$135,000 CAD.
