[Hiring] Senior Director, Product Marketing @Rep Data

Role Description

The Senior Director of Product Marketing owns how Rep Data brings everything it builds to market, from major platform launches to small feature releases, for both prospects and existing customers.

• Turn product and research teams' output into stories for buyers and sellers.
• Plan and run every launch end to end.
• Arm sales and customer success to win and grow accounts.
• Ensure messaging holds up in both US and European markets.
• This is a player-coach role with no direct reports initially, with potential to manage others over time.
• Report to the EVP, Marketing and collaborate with product management, sales, customer success, and research teams.
• Help shape the product marketing function as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• At least 5 years in product marketing at a SaaS or technology-enabled services company.
• Experience leading launches of various sizes, demonstrating business results.
• Strong storytelling ability to make technical and data-heavy products clear and compelling.
• Understanding of marketing a mix of software and services.
• Experience building sales enablement and competitive programs.
• Natural partner to product managers, sellers, and subject-matter experts.
• Comfortable as a player-coach, setting strategy and executing tasks.
• Experience marketing to buyers in both the US and Europe, or eagerness to learn.
• Organized and data-driven, capable of managing multiple launches simultaneously.

Requirements

• Experience in market research, consumer insights, survey or panel data, or data-quality and fraud prevention (nice to have).
• Experience marketing a portfolio after an acquisition or consolidating products into one offering (nice to have).
• Experience building or scaling a product marketing function from the ground up (nice to have).
