Role Description

We are seeking a Sr Digital Marketing Strategist to serve as a key strategic and client-facing partner for a portfolio of brands. This is a highly consultative role that sits at the intersection of digital strategy, performance marketing, creative, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for:

• Understanding client business goals
• Developing digital growth strategies and roadmaps
• Identifying opportunities
• Coordinating internal specialists to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with commercial objectives

The ideal candidate is a broad, full-funnel digital marketer who:

• Understands how different channels work together
• Can interpret performance data
• Is confident presenting strategic recommendations to clients
• Is comfortable moving between high-level strategy and practical marketing decisions
• Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, account strategy, or a similar client-facing marketing role
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and full-funnel growth
• Proven experience developing and executing multichannel marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, creative, CRO, and lifecycle marketing
• Experience with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into clear, commercially relevant recommendations and actions
• Strong strategic and practical mindset
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Understanding of how strategy, creative, media, and other marketing functions work together
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
• Strong problem-solving and commercial mindset
• High standards for both strategic thinking and execution quality

Requirements

• Experience in an agency environment (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with CRO, landing page strategy or lifecycle marketing (Nice to Have)
• Experience presenting strategy and performance recommendations to senior stakeholders (Nice to Have)
• Exposure to a range of business models, including both B2B and B2C (Nice to Have)
• Strong instincts for messaging, creative strategy or campaign positioning (Nice to Have)
