Ability to analyse funnel and campaign data and make decisions based on it
-
Hands-on experience using AI and automation to materially improve Marketing workflows or outcomes
-
Experience coordinating agencies, contractors or cross-functional contributors
-
Excellent written and spoken English
-
Strong operational discipline and personal ownership
Requirements
-
Think commercially and connect Marketing activity to business outcomes
-
Move comfortably between strategy and hands-on execution
-
Enjoy building and testing rather than only managing others
-
Use data to challenge assumptions and make decisions
-
Bring structure without creating unnecessary process
-
Make clear trade-offs when resources are limited
-
Look for opportunities to automate repetitive work
-
Take responsibility for outcomes rather than activity
-
You do not need to be the deepest specialist in every Marketing discipline. You do need to know how the pieces fit together and be willing to get hands-on when necessary.
Location and ways of working
This is a remote role with a European-compatible working schedule. Our team is distributed, with team members across Europe, including Helsinki and Kyiv. We maintain a core collaboration window during European working hours. Because North America is one of our key markets, occasional flexibility will be required for customer conversations, webinars, events or other market-facing activities.
