[Hiring] Senior Amazon Brand Manager @PROLIFE

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Amazon Brand Manager to take ownership of brand growth across Amazon EU. The role is focused on:

• Category analysis
• Organic growth
• Conversion
• Content
• Keyword strategy
• Customer insights
• Coordination with PPC, design, and operational teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Amazon experience
• 2+ years of experience with Amazon EU; experience with DE or UK is preferred
• Strong experience with Amazon SEO, keyword research, listings, A+ Content, Brand Store, and conversion optimization
• Strong category, competitor, and customer analysis skills
• Experience with Helium 10, Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, Business Reports, and advanced Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience working with PPC teams and evaluating advertising performance
• Hands-on Shopify / D2C experience; limited but practical experience can also be considered
• Understanding of CRO, GA4, and basic D2C channel economics
• Ability to demonstrate 2–3 strong cases with measurable results
• Fluent English
• Strong analytical thinking, ownership, and communication skills

Requirements

• Analyze categories, competitors, customer behavior, and growth opportunities
• Develop keyword and organic growth strategies for Amazon EU
• Improve listings, A+ Content, Brand Store, and overall conversion
• Monitor rankings, indexing, reviews, conversion, and key business metrics
• Prepare clear briefs and priorities for PPC and design teams
• Coordinate Amazon growth initiatives across marketing, PPC, design, and operations
• Support Shopify / D2C growth and conversion optimization
• Identify and implement new opportunities to grow sales and organic visibility
