[Hiring] Salesforce Pardot Consultant @Bamboo Works

Role Description

We're looking for a Salesforce Pardot Consultant (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) with strong hands-on experience building and optimizing marketing automation workflows within the Salesforce ecosystem. Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement is the primary platform for this role.

You'll work directly with clients to understand their marketing and lead management requirements and translate them into effective Pardot solutions, including:

• Lead capture
• Segmentation
• Scoring
• Nurturing
• Campaign automation
• Reporting
• Salesforce CRM alignment

This is a client-facing role that requires someone who is comfortable combining hands-on technical execution with consulting and stakeholder communication. Experience with the broader Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) ecosystem is valuable but considered a secondary skill.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
• Strong practical experience building and managing Pardot marketing automation campaigns.
• Experience with Engagement Studio, automation rules, completion actions, segmentation, and dynamic lists.
• Experience developing lead nurturing workflows and B2B customer journeys.
• Strong understanding of lead scoring, grading, qualification, and marketing-to-sales handover.
• Experience building and managing email campaigns, forms, landing pages, and lead capture processes.
• Experience integrating and working with Pardot and Salesforce CRM.
• Strong understanding of prospect data management, segmentation, synchronization, and data quality.
• Experience with campaign tracking, reporting, and marketing attribution.
• Good HTML and CSS skills for email and landing page customization.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing automation and lead lifecycle management.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with confidence working directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns, projects, and priorities.

Requirements

• Commitment: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
• Working Hours: AU working hours
• Location: Fully Remote
• Engagement: Independent Contractor
• Monthly Rate: USD $1,600–3,000/month (depending on level of experience)
