As a key member of our marketing automation team, you will be instrumental in the successful production, management, and deployment of high-volume customer-facing email and SMS campaigns. You will leverage your HTML prowess to transform content and design into responsive, personalized, and dynamic communications. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong project management skills, and a commitment to meeting aggressive deadlines while adhering to brand and legal standards. Your work will ensure that our vital communications are delivered accurately and on time, directly contributing to our mission of serving millions.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience coding HTML emails, managing contact lists, and deploying communications via an email service provider, with recent Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of email best practices, including CAN-SPAM and other email and SMS data privacy laws.
• Proven experience with responsive design for email.
• Proficiency in AMPscript.
• Demonstrated experience with A/B testing and the ability to generate and communicate reports using marketing automation and web analytics tools to highlight key email/SMS performance indicators.
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and project-management abilities, coupled with outstanding communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Requirements

• Manage assigned email and SMS projects from initial coding through editing, proofing, quality assurance, and final deployment.
• Collaborate closely with marketers and various stakeholders to produce and deploy email and SMS communications, consistently meeting aggressive deadlines.
• Securely manage and upload contact lists, ensuring data integrity and privacy.
• Hand-code HTML from text documents to create engaging emails, and assist in the development of templates, automations, quality control processes, and dynamic campaigns.
• Adhere strictly to internal email marketing processes, ensuring all communications comply with brand guidelines and legal standards, and contribute to process documentation as needed.
• Analyze campaign performance and proactively recommend best practices, A/B testing strategies, and new trends in email marketing to optimize engagement and results.
