[Hiring] Regional Marketing Manager @Cloudbeds

Role Description

We're looking for a Campaign Manager to own regional marketing strategy and execution across APAC, turning business priorities and local market opportunities into multi-channel programs that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and audience growth.

• Focus on priority markets including Australia, NZ, and Thailand.
• Bring global marketing initiatives to life through locally relevant campaigns, events, webinars, content, and partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to expand Cloudbeds' reach across Southeast Asia and the wider APAC region.
• Adapt programs to different audiences, market conditions, and business priorities.
• Partner with Sales, PMM, Content, Events, Partnerships, Demand Gen, and Marketing Operations to deliver measurable programs that support regional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in field marketing, integrated marketing, regional marketing, campaign marketing, or a similar B2B marketing role.
• Hands-on experience managing local and regional events, including budgets, promotion, logistics, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Experience developing marketing programs across multiple countries or markets, ideally within Asia Pacific and Australia/New Zealand.
• Strong project management, communication, writing, and messaging skills.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and global marketing teams.
• A performance mindset, with the ability to analyze results and optimize programs and investment.
• Fluency with AI as a daily marketing planning and execution tool.
• Comfort working in a remote, global environment with distributed teams and stakeholders across time zones.

Requirements

• Near-native English fluency (C1 or C2) is required; fluency in Thai is a bonus.
• Experience in hospitality, travel technology, hotel technology, SaaS, or B2B software.
• Experience marketing to hoteliers across Australia, Thailand, Southeast Asia, or other APAC markets.
• Familiarity with regional hospitality communities, industry associations, events, and partner ecosystems.
• Experience with partner marketing, ambassador programs, or regional webinars.
• Experience with Salesforce, Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar marketing automation and CRM systems.
