[Hiring] Promotional Products Marketing Coordinator @Snapscale

Role Description

Snapscale is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Promotional Products Marketing Coordinator to support sales and marketing operations for a promotional products business. This role combines client presentation preparation, product sourcing, order coordination, supplier communication, and marketing support.

• Create client presentations featuring promotional products, pricing, decoration options, and virtual mockups.
• Create and send purchase orders to suppliers, verifying pricing, quantities, imprint details, and ship dates.
• Track artwork proofs, production status, and shipping updates.
• Keep sales representatives and clients informed about order progress.
• Resolve order issues such as backorders, proof revisions, production concerns, and shipping delays.
• Research and source promotional products and suppliers based on budget, quantity, product requirements, and deadlines.
• Support company store setup and updates.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, social media posts, and product spotlights.

Qualifications

• Experience in promotional products, sales support, order management, marketing coordination, purchasing, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience creating presentations, estimates, sales orders, or purchase orders is a plus.
• Familiarity with promotional products, product sourcing, or supplier coordination is an advantage.
• Comfortable researching products and comparing options based on pricing, quantity, specifications, and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple orders, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
• Experience with commonsku, ASI, or ESP is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams is a plus.
