Role Description

Looking for Philippines-based candidates.

Job Role: E-Commerce Marketing & Content Creator

Compensation range: $900 AUD - $1,400 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

You will own how the company looks and sells online. As the in-house designer and content creator, you will:

• Produce the graphics, photography, and short-form video behind every campaign.
• Keep the Shopify storefront visually current.
• Run the company’s social media channels to ensure every launch and promotion has a unified message and look.

This is a hands-on creative role with a commercial edge. You will:

• Design campaigns in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Update the homepage and schedule Reels.
• Check results the next morning.

We are looking for a strong graphic designer who understands what makes people buy and brings ideas to grow sales rather than waiting for a brief. Experience in sports nutrition or supplements is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in e-commerce marketing, content creation, or graphic design, with extensive hands-on campaign work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, supported by a strong portfolio of campaign and social media work.
• Extensive experience across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, including platform-specific formats and performance.
• Hands-on experience updating Shopify storefronts or a comparable e-commerce platform.
• Track record of content and campaigns that measurably grew audience, engagement, or online sales.
• Photo and short-form video skills: comfortable shooting product content and editing.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and analytics, with the ability to turn data into practical improvements.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency, plus sharp copywriting for captions and promotions.
• Organized, self-managing, and reliable while working from home part-time, juggling several campaigns against launch dates.

Requirements

• Experience in the sports nutrition, supplement, fitness, or health industry.
• Understanding of Australian advertising rules for supplements and sports foods.
• Email marketing and customer retention campaigns.
• Influencer, athlete, and fitness creator partnerships.
• Motion graphics and quick templating skills.
• Experience in a wholesale-plus-retail business or creating content for a mobile app or membership programme.
• A genuine interest in training, sport, or fitness.
