[Hiring] Product Marketing Manager @Auvik Networks

Role Description

We are seeking a self-directed, experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Product team. You will directly impact the success of Auvik’s products by supporting and leading product launches, competitive knowledge, sales and customer success enablement.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including demand gen, sales, product management, and customer success, to ensure effective product positioning and communication to our target audience. You will influence product direction and development with customer and market insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT management background (especially networking), combined with the ability to translate highly technical concepts into compelling stories for both technical and non-technical audiences.

What will you be doing?

• Building Knowledge and Awareness
  • Be an expert in Auvik products: know our products, inside and out, and the value they bring to our customers and market.
  • Serve as a technical product expert and spokesperson both internally and externally.
  • Know our buyers and users: identify and nurture relationships with key customers and industry influencers.
  • Understand the competitive landscape: know our competition and how they are positioned.
  • Share prospect, customer, and market knowledge with the broader team.
  • Engage directly and encourage the team to listen to our prospects and customers.
• Developing and Executing Strategy
  • Support the launches of new to market product releases and updates.
  • Collaborate with product management to develop product positioning and messaging.
  • Champion our brand both internally and externally.
  • Provide input into the sales & marketing plan for the products covered.
  • Understand and support our sales enablement team.
  • Collaborate regularly with members of the broader marketing, product management, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Continuously evaluate systems and encourage process and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical product marketing role within a B2B SaaS organization.
• A track record of shaping product marketing vision and executing high-impact go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A data-driven mentality in both the outside-in and inside-out messaging.
• Exceptional ROI-tracking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer networking, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Certification such as Pragmatic Marketing or Product Marketing Alliance certification is a plus.

Are there bonus points?

• Experience marketing products to IT professionals, MSPs, or network administrators.
• Experience with analyst relations, competitive intelligence, or market research.
• Pragmatic Marketing, Product Marketing Alliance, or similar certification.
• Experience launching technical SaaS products in global markets.

Compensation Details

At Auvik, our compensation philosophy is to be market competitive, reward performance, reflect our commitment to equity and maintain transparency with our employees. The hiring range for this position is listed below. Compensation offered for candidates in this role is based on a number of factors including job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

• Salary Range: $97,000 — $126,500 USD
• In addition to cash compensation, all full-time employees are granted stock options.
