[Hiring] Product Marketing Manager @AlphaSense

Role Description

As the Expert Call Services (ECS) Product Marketing Manager, you will own and drive go-to-market positioning and strategy for the Expert Call Services arm of our business. ECS is the content engine behind AlphaSense’s industry-leading library of proprietary Expert Insights and is a critical part of what makes our decision-grade AI decision-grade.

• Craft messaging that differentiates ECS from other expert network providers.
• Drive campaigns that build awareness of ECS and support call volume and velocity goals.
• Partner with expansion and adoption teams to build cross-sell initiatives.
• Work closely with the enablement team to ensure customer-facing teams have the necessary resources.
• Collaborate with the ECS business team and product team to understand new opportunities and programs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in product marketing, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Comfortable owning messaging, campaigns, and launches.
• Builds strong relationships across marketing, enablement, product, revenue, and business teams.
• Able to independently identify differentiators and translate market and customer insights into clear positioning and messaging.
• Experience using customer insights to shape messaging and campaigns.
• Experience owning or heavily driving product launches from planning through measurement.
• Working knowledge and experience of growth tactics and product-led growth strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize data into insights and recommendations.
• Background in financial services or expert networks is a plus.

• Track industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Own and drive campaigns that build ECS awareness and support call volume and velocity goals.
• Partner closely with product managers to stay informed on roadmap developments.
• Work alongside the ECS business team to evaluate new GTM opportunities.
• Monitor and interpret key business metrics related to revenue, pipeline, and product adoption.

• Base Compensation Range: $107,000 — $133,000 USD.
