Role Description
The PPC Manager will lead the execution and optimization of paid Google campaigns with a focus on lead generation and ROI. This role requires someone who understands the full lifecycle of PPC -- from strategy and setup to landing page performance and post-click tracking. You'll also manage reporting and ensure ongoing campaign improvement through close analysis of key metrics.
- Manage and optimize paid Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Execute keyword research, audience targeting, bidding, and creative testing.
- Collaborate on landing page strategy to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor daily performance and track key metrics such as cost-per-lead and ROI.
- Build reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Work closely with the internal team via Microsoft Teams to align on goals and insights.
- Learn and effectively use the company’s proprietary systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns.
- Strong understanding of landing page optimization and performance tracking.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Bing Ads.
- Experience with campaign performance reporting and PPC strategy.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools or proprietary systems.
Requirements
- Experience managing multi-platform PPC strategies.
- Familiarity with lead tracking tools or CRM integration.
