Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations for our property management business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to a fast-moving team.
- Assist the property manager with leasing, invoicing, tenant follow-ups, marketing, and other daily activities.
- Handle communication with tenants regarding inquiries, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of property transactions and documents.
- Coordinate and schedule property showings, inspections, and repairs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available properties and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Friendly demeanor and eagerness to learn.
Requirements
- Experience in property management or real estate (Nice-to-Haves).
- Familiarity with property management software (Nice-to-Haves).
- Strong customer service skills (Nice-to-Haves).
