[Hiring] Portfolio Go-to-Market Manager @Deutsche Telekom

Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Portfolio Go-to-Market Manager. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between our portfolio management and our sales organisation – and between our portfolio and our clients.

Your mission is to establish our strategic Growth Fields in the market and ensure our account teams are perfectly equipped to position our solutions in a differentiated and competitive way. You bring our portfolio to life in front of clients and bring the voice of the market back into portfolio management. You are not just a strategist, you are the catalyst for our commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Go-to-Market: Develop go-to-market strategies for our Growth Portfolio areas and ensure they are seamlessly integrated into our existing service ecosystem.
• Sales Enablement & Cross Selling: Create high impact sales materials, battlecards and training that clearly highlight our USP and competitive differentiation, enabling account teams to understand, position and sell our full portfolio and fully leverage cross-selling opportunities at the client level.
• Presales & Client Engagement: Actively support presales activities, presenting our end-to-end portfolio to clients, shaping solution conversations and helping to win opportunities together with account teams.
• Market Feedback Loop: Systematically capture feedback from clients, sales and competitive deals and translate it into clear improvement requirements for the portfolio management team.
• Intensive Sales Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers to define joint objectives, identify market potential and implement specific account-based growth initiatives.
• Strategic Project Management: Take ownership of new strategic projects focused on the core development and evolution of our TSI-Portfolio.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster a highly collaborative environment between product development, strategy and sales to ensure a consistent and powerful Go-to-Market story.

Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or related fields.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in IT Portfolio Management, product marketing, sales enablement, business development, technical sales / presales or as a Senior Consultant.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of the IT market and competitive landscape, experience managing an IT portfolio and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions for customers.
• Mindset: A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who can manage projects structurally while always keeping the customer perspective in mind.
• Skills: Project Management experience in big transformation or strategic projects, confident presenting to clients at senior level, strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt to changing environments.
