We are seeking a relationship-driven, hands-on marketer to make Kayzen more visible and connected across key communities and events in our industry. You will own event marketing and help us to build an active community around Kayzen’s expertise, products and programs - turning in-person and online experiences into meaningful relationships and new commercial opportunities.
Events, Partnerships & Community
-
Own the marketing side of Kayzen’s industry event calendar end-to-end, from event selection and planning through activation, onsite execution and post-event evaluation.
-
Create engaging event experiences, including sponsorships, partner activations, executive dinners, webinars and smaller community gatherings.
-
Work closely with Sales to define target audiences, meeting goals, outreach plans and follow-up processes so events support real business opportunities.
-
Build and nurture a relevant community of customers, prospects, partners and industry voices through ongoing online and offline engagement.
-
Develop co-marketing initiatives with ecosystem partners, including joint events, educational sessions, content activations and shared audience-building opportunities.
-
Coordinate agencies, vendors, designers and other external partners on event production, collateral, communications, budgets and timelines.
-
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success and Sales teams to bring customer stories, partner perspectives and Kayzen’s market narrative into activations.
-
Track event and community engagement, lead follow-up and program impact, using feedback and results to refine future initiatives.
Qualifications
-
A strong track record in industry events, event marketing, experiential, integrated or partner marketing with at least 2 years of event marketing experience (ideally in AdTech, mobile apps or similar industry).
-
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with confidence representing a company in person, hosting conversations and engaging varied stakeholders.
-
Track record of delivering professional events or community programs from concept through coordination, execution and follow-up.
-
Experience collaborating with Sales on event goals, audience targeting, partner relationships and lead follow-up.
-
Genuine enthusiasm for building communities and connecting people through valuable experiences.
-
Excellent project management, organization and attention to detail; comfortable managing vendors, budgets, timelines, logistics and multiple workstreams.
-
Strong written and spoken English; able to communicate clearly with customers, partners, speakers and colleagues.
-
Familiarity with the programmatic advertising, mobile apps or CTV ecosystem is a strong plus, alongside curiosity to build industry knowledge.
-
Comfortable working in an international, remote-first team and travelling to relevant industry events as the role requires.
-
Ability to cope with stress and a pragmatic approach to solve unexpected, last minute organizational matters.
Benefits
-
Exceptional career growth and learning opportunity.
-
A unique opportunity to be part of an experienced team of industry experts and entrepreneurs reshaping the AdTech space.
-
Direct, day-to-day work experience with the leadership team.
-
A fun, driven, and multinational team located across Europe, India, Argentina and soon the US.
-
A flexible work-from-home arrangement.
-
A 500-dollar home-office setup budget.
-
A 1000-dollar annual learning and development budget.
