Role Description

This role involves managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong focus on Performance Max (PMAX). Responsibilities include leveraging data-driven strategies to maximize ROI, enhance targeting, and improve overall campaign performance.

Set up and manage Performance Max (PMAX) campaigns, including uploading and organizing ad assets.
Provide audience signals (e.g., customer lists, website visitors) to optimize automated targeting.
Utilize advanced bidding strategies (Target CPA, Target ROAS, Maximize Conversion Value) to drive results.
Implement deep links and UTM parameters to ensure accurate tracking and analytics.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns to address performance or budget issues effectively.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, particularly Performance Max (PMAX).
Proficiency in budget and bidding strategies such as Target CPA, Target ROAS, and Maximize Conversion Value.
Experience with deep links and UTM parameters for effective tracking and optimization.
Strong analytical skills using Google Ads reporting tools, with the ability to derive actionable insights.
Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and its integration for eCommerce campaigns.
