[Hiring] Performance Marketing Manager @Receptive

Role Description

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to run Top Nutrition Coaching’s paid acquisition day-to-day. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll own the channels, the spend, the creative, and the landing pages that TNC's growth depends on. You will be in the ad accounts every day, making the calls on:

• Budget pacing
• Bids
• Audiences
• Creative rotation
• Testing strategies

You’ll balance efficiency with scale, meeting customer acquisition cost targets while driving new customer growth. We’re looking for someone who can:

• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates
• Test with rigor
• Unlock growth through smarter optimization rather than defaulting to increased spend

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in performance/growth marketing
• Real depth in Google Ads and hands-on Meta and TikTok Ads experience
• DTC experience, ideally in health and wellness, telehealth, or another regulated and compliance-oriented category
• Understanding of pacing, seasonality, and risk management on a real budget
• Ability to make decisions and problem-solve with data
• Experience running A/B tests end to end
• Fluency in attribution, including platform-reported, modeled, and self-reported
• Comfort in giving creative direction
• Understanding of unit economics, such as CAC, LTV, payback, and contribution margin
• Clear communication to non-marketers and leaders
• Comfort building with AI and leveraging tools for efficiency

Requirements

• Ownership of strategy, execution, and daily optimization across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Bing
• Daily trade-offs between scale and efficiency against a blended CAC target and a monthly new-client goal
• Full-funnel conversion management from ad to pageview to quiz completion and booking
• Building and running a testing roadmap for landing pages
• Driving the message × audience × format × platform testing loop
• Owning the TNC reporting rhythm and accountability for paid new clients, CAC, and funnel conversion
• Partnering with the data team on event tracking and attribution
• Measuring and weighing view-through conversions, incrementality, and cross-channel overlap
