[Hiring] Performance Marketing Manager @MSPbots

Role Description

We're looking for a Paid Media Manager with a strong paid media background to lead our paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms, while collaborating cross-functionally on launches, enablement, and lifecycle campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in ad platforms, knows how to drive pipeline efficiently, and can connect paid performance to broader marketing outcomes. You'll work alongside the marketing team, complementing each other's strengths to cover the full marketing engine without missing a beat.

On our product: We market AI and automation software to MSP/IT businesses. If you've marketed a technical B2B product before — SaaS, automation, cloud, cybersecurity, IT services — you'll pick up our world fast. Direct AI/MSP experience is a strong plus, but what we care most about is that you can run paid media at a high level and you've sold technical B2B products to business buyers before.

What You'll Do

• Own paid advertising strategy and execution across Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms — campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, bid management, and budget optimization
• Continuously test and iterate on ad creative, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates and lower CAC
• Manage and improve website performance — landing pages, conversion rate optimization, and SEO best practices
• Work within and help evaluate our Martech stack — HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and more
• Track and report on campaign performance, surface insights, and make data-driven recommendations

Collaborate with the team on

• End-to-end webinar production — promotion, registration flows, post-event follow-up and reporting
• Go-to-market planning for new product launches — messaging, collateral, campaign coordination
• PLG funnels — onboarding sequences, in-product messaging, activation campaigns
• Sales enablement materials that support a quota-carrying team

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B tech environment (SaaS, automation, cloud, cybersecurity, IT/MSP software, or similar technical products sold to business buyers)
• Deep, hands-on experience running paid media — Google and LinkedIn are the core; experience with Reddit, Microsoft, or other B2B-relevant platforms is a plus
• Demonstrated experience with website management and conversion optimization
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign data and dashboards
• Excellent written communication and project management skills

• Experience producing and promoting webinars or virtual events
• Familiarity with product launches and cross-functional GTM work
• Experience supporting PLG or self-serve funnels
• Building sales enablement materials for a quota-carrying team
