Role Description

As a Performance Manager (Demand Gen) at Thrive Digital, you will be responsible for driving project excellence in Performance Programs by implementing growth strategies, solving complex problems, and fostering team development to ensure that Thrive remains an industry leader in performance marketing. Your focus will include:

• Domain: Recognized as a leader in performance marketing, you will solve client challenges with innovative solutions and advocate for team member career growth.
• Client: Improve and redefine client success standards by championing exceptional client service and solving project issues with performance marketing solutions.
• People: Enhance the Performance department’s expertise by mentoring and managing team members, contributing to their development through upskilling and training.
• Company: Make significant contributions to people and projects within the Performance department by solving complex problems and aligning with stakeholders.

• In your first 30 days: Familiarize yourself with Thrive’s tools and processes, onboarding to projects and teams across your department.
• In your first 60 days: Play an active role across projects, collaborating with teams and developing processes to improve success.
• In your first 90 days: Step into account leadership opportunities, providing support across project planning and strategy.

Qualifications

• Planned and executed multi-channel, full-funnel performance marketing campaigns with media spends exceeding $500k USD per month.
• Mobilized and led teams of 5-10, providing direct management, training, and strategic guidance.
• Built and customized dashboards using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, or Tableau.
• Developed or improved internal initiatives or processes adopted company-wide.
• Drove performance media strategy across diverse business verticals, effectively communicating strategies to senior stakeholders.
• Managed client relationships with multiple stakeholders, delivering strategic recommendations and resolving complex situations.
