Role Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Growth Manager for Paid Social to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll own and evolve our paid social strategy combining strong channel expertise with AI-driven tools and automation to drive efficiency, scale testing, and improve performance. Reporting to the Director of Customer Acquisition, you'll support 40+ Divisions nationwide, driving customer acquisition and sales growth through smarter, faster paid social execution.

• Own and evolve Social Strategy in partnership with Regional Marketing and Creative Teams
• Manage a team of Paid Media specialists, overseeing execution and accountable for pacing, forecasting, and budget management across all social channels
• Leverage AI-powered tools (automated bidding, creative testing, audience/budget optimization, reporting automation) to increase efficiency and improve campaign outcomes
• Evaluate budget allocation across channels and campaigns to maximize effectiveness of spend
• Lead testing of new creative, targeting, beta features, and landing pages to continually improve key metrics
• Partner with Creative and Design teams to develop new creative concepts, incorporating AI assisted creative production and testing where relevant
• Serve as the daily point of contact for stakeholders across Lennar's divisions on all paid social workstreams

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of digital marketing experience, in-house or agency side
• 5+ years hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns
• Experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams
• Deep domain expertise in ad platforms including Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and broader ad tech
• Technical familiarity with pixel/tag implementation, APIs, and data feeds; comfortable working with engineering/analytics teams on tracking and data infrastructure
• Working knowledge of AI/automation tools for media buying, creative testing, or reporting (e.g., automated bid strategies, generative creative tools, AI-driven analytics)
• Strong communication skills and executive presence; effective presenter and collaborator who can articulate paid social's role within the broader digital marketing ecosystem
• Able to think strategically, prioritize, and resolve problems in a complex, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's Degree required, MBA/MS preferred
• Strong project management skills to prioritize standard tasks, test activations, team bandwidth, and overall deliverables

Requirements

• This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Business Analyst II to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Finger dexterity is necessary.
