Role Description

Help more people connect with care. You'll lead our member acquisition strategy, turn data into action, and improve the journey from first interest to becoming a member.

• Own the member acquisition engine, end to end.
• Set strategy across paid media, lifecycle, and emerging growth channels.
• Lead performance marketing across paid search, paid social, display, traditional media, and programmatic to maximize qualified member acquisition and ROI.
• Experiment relentlessly with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, landing page optimization, and audience segmentation.
• Partner with Finance on forecasts, investment strategy, and budget allocation models that drive growth without outrunning operational capacity.
• Work with Member Access and Operations to ensure demand generation aligns with appointment availability for sustainable growth.
• Partner with Analytics on data quality, attribution, and reporting.
• Build measurement frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, and operating cadences that connect marketing investment to business outcomes.
• Manage marketing technology platforms and external agency partners across acquisition, analytics, SEO, and performance marketing.
• Identify, evaluate, and scale new acquisition channels with a close read on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer behavior.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, or marketing analytics.
• Management of multi-million-dollar budgets with a demonstrated record of improving ROI through data-driven decision-making.
• Deep expertise in performance marketing, digital acquisition, and growth strategy.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta, SEO, web analytics, and marketing automation technologies.
• Sharp analytical judgment with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Experience optimizing conversion funnels through experimentation.
• Partnership experience managing marketing technology platforms and agency relationships.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Healthcare, consumer technology, or high-growth services experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Fully remote with Eastern time zone alignment preferred for overlap with clinical and operational teams.
• Up to 20% travel, as business needs require.
