Role Description

Work with a U.S.-based digital marketing agency. SEE Talent is partnering with a U.S.-based digital marketing agency specializing in the dental industry to recruit an experienced Paid Search Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Google Ads professional who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for leadership, strategic thinking, and delivering measurable business results.

You will manage your own portfolio of accounts serving dental practices across the United States and Canada while leading and mentoring a team of 2–3 paid search specialists.

Your mission:

• Lead Google Ads strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients, driving high-quality lead generation, optimizing advertising investments, and developing a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen.
• Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring performance, budget efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2–3 paid search specialists.
• Analyze campaign performance, conversion tracking, and lead quality to improve business results.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and advertising performance.
• Communicate campaign results, insights, and strategic recommendations directly to clients.
• Implement testing strategies across ad copy, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
• Establish best practices and quality standards across the agency's Google Ads accounts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
• At least 2 years managing lead-generation campaigns.
• Proven experience managing or mentoring other media buyers.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen.
• Strong expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and offline conversion imports.
• Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously, ideally 15 or more.
• Google Ads certification.
• Professional English communication skills for client interactions.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency (highly desirable).
• Google Analytics certification (highly desirable).
• Experience with call tracking platforms such as CallRail or Twilio (highly desirable).
• Experience managing campaigns for U.S. or Canadian clients (highly desirable).
• Knowledge of Meta Ads is a plus, although Google Ads is the primary focus (highly desirable).
