[Hiring] Paid Media Specialist @Entrepreneur Cooperative

Role Description

We are looking for a mid level Paid Media Specialist to own paid media execution across a portfolio of eCommerce clients for a fast growing, AI driven digital agency and certified Shopify Experts team. This is a hands on media buying role. You will:

• Plan, launch, optimize and scale campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube), Pinterest Ads and other paid channels.
• Manage and allocate budgets across clients, channels and campaigns to hit pacing and goals (ROAS, CPA, sales).
• Continuously optimize targeting, bidding, creatives, product feeds and account structure.
• Identify scaling opportunities, new channels and conversion funnel improvements together with the head of the area.
• Run hypotheses and experiments: launch, measure and consolidate what works.
• Align campaigns with each client's brand and eCommerce strategy.
• Analyze campaign and business performance to deliver actionable insights.
• Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards and reports for each client.
• Manage tracking implementation in Google Tag Manager (tags, triggers, variables) and keep measurement consistent across platforms.
• Join recurring client meetings and present paid media results with context, learnings and next steps.
• Manage expectations and proactively propose improvements.
• Provide technical input in prospect meetings, account audits and investment and results estimates for proposals.
• Apply and help improve the agency's paid media processes and best practices.
• Stay current on platform updates, ad formats and eCommerce trends.
• Coordinate with design, content, Shopify development and brand management so creatives, landing pages and feeds support campaign goals.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years managing paid campaigns for eCommerce, ideally across multiple accounts in an agency.
• Solid knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem and eCommerce environments (imperative).
• Experience with paid platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads and Merchant Center.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to prioritize and manage several accounts at once.
• Ability to explain numbers clearly to people who do not look at them every day.
• Professional English proficiency to support international clients.
• Availability for 40 hours per week with overlap with Spain business hours.

Requirements

• Experience applying generative AI to creatives and analysis (preferred).
• Based in Argentina (preferred).
• Agency experience with a multi client portfolio (preferred).
