[Hiring] Junior eCommerce Marketing Specialist @Entrepreneur Cooperative

Role Description

We are looking for a Junior eCommerce Marketing Specialist to join the brand management team of a fast growing, AI driven digital agency and certified Shopify Experts team. You will manage your own portfolio of clients within an assigned sector (fashion, supplements, jewelry or B2B), working closely with the Performance team under the guidance of the strategy area. Your mission is to execute, monitor and optimize 360° marketing strategies, making sure every action is delivered on time and results are measured and communicated clearly. This role is ideal for a detail oriented, customer centric marketer who is comfortable with Shopify and eager to grow in a 100% digital environment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally at an agency or managing an eCommerce store
• Shopify knowledge (imperative)
• Solid foundations in AI tools, Meta Ads, Google Ads and Email Marketing
• Analytical mindset: able to tell a visit from a real conversion
• Customer centric approach, initiative, attention to detail and autonomy
• Native Spanish
• Professional English proficiency to support international clients
• Availability for 40 hours per week with overlap with Spain business hours
