[Hiring] Paid Media Specialist @Team Virtual

Role Description

Our partners in the US, an ecommerce advertising agency, are looking for a full-time Paid Media Specialist to join their remote team. The role is heavily weighted toward Meta Ads, with Google Ads and TikTok also forming part of the account mix.

• The paid media specialist will be an integral member of our client’s team.
• Responsible for a wide variety of PPC campaign optimisation duties with a focus on maximising return on investment.
• This position requires flexibility, organisation, strong quantitative analysis skills, attention to detail, commitment to meeting crucial deadlines, as well as the ability to produce solid results.

How you’ll contribute:

• Take ownership of a portfolio of ecommerce advertising accounts across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads (with Meta as the largest share).
• Audit existing client accounts to analyze historical performance, tracking, audiences, and creative effectiveness.
• Develop customized paid media strategies based on client products, target audiences, budgets, and commercial goals.
• Build, launch, manage, and continuously optimize ad campaigns while maintaining strict budget pacing.
• Monitor account health proactively, responding to material shifts in spend, CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
• Execute structured testing frameworks across audiences, offers, campaign structures, and landing pages.
• Analyze performance across the full ecommerce funnel and understand consumer buying behavior.
• Review creative performance to identify winning angles, recognize fatigue, and brief the in-house creative team on new test concepts.
• Independently manage and troubleshoot technical tracking, including Meta Pixel, CAPI, Google Ads conversion tracking, and GA4.
• Diagnose tracking discrepancies promptly to ensure campaign decisions rely on accurate, reliable data.

Requirements

• Job Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (US Time)
• Base Salary: 250,000 - 350,000 PKR Per month
