Role Description

We're looking for a PH - Marketing Creative Specialist to own the creative outcomes for paid social campaigns — concepts, iterations, and final static and video deliverables — directly driving the metrics (CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop/hold rate, cost per result) that determine campaign performance, while also making ads that are beautiful and delight our clients.

You'll also be stepping into building and owning AI-augmented creative workflows — using AI as leverage to increase the volume and quality of what you ship, without letting it replace your own trend instincts and creative judgment.

Our objectives for the role:

• Ship creatives that delight our practices: creatives that highlight what’s best about their practices, results, and branding.
• Own creative performance (CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop/hold rate, cost per result) across your designs.
• Spot trends and micro-trends and translate them into on-brand, executable static and video creatives.
• Demonstrate command of production tools, specs, file setup, and platform requirements across Meta placements.
• Contribute to AI-driven creative workflows and frameworks — for concepting, production, or testing.
• Scale a creative process or workflow into standard team practice.
