[Hiring] Outbound Marketing Specialist @Stayd Collective

Role Description

You own every outbound channel that reaches property owners before they reach us:

• Email campaigns: owner-acquisition sequences, nurture tracks, re-engagement of cold leads and market updates, including deliverability, segmentation and testing.
• Direct mail end to end: postcards, handwritten-style letters, owner mailers and market reports, from list building and creative to vendors, schedules and tracking.
• Audiences built from StaydOS data and external sources, such as underperforming nearby listings, self-managed owners, owners in new markets and lost deals worth another try.
• AI-powered outreach that scores and prioritizes prospects, personalizes each message, tests variants and automates sequences across email, mail and SDR handoff.
• Qualified responses routed into the CRM and to sales with clean context, closing the loop on which touches produced meetings and signed owners.
• Compliance and list hygiene across brands: CAN-SPAM, opt-outs, suppression lists and do-not-contact flags.
• One scoreboard per brand and channel, from sends to signed owners, with cost per meeting and cost per signed owner front and center.
• A repeatable outbound playbook any new brand can launch in weeks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running email and direct mail end to end, with response and conversion numbers to show for it.
• Data literacy: you can pull a list, join sources, build a segment and explain why it should work.
• Daily use of AI to personalize, write and analyze.
• Rigor around deliverability, compliance and list hygiene.
• Directness about math: if a channel’s cost per signed owner does not pencil, you say so with the funnel numbers.
• A bias for testing instead of waiting for the perfect list.
• Excellent written English.
• STR, property management, real estate or home services marketing experience is a plus.
• Experience with Lob, PostGrid, Handwrytten, Clay, Apollo, Klaviyo, HubSpot, SQL or APIs is a plus.
