[Hiring] Organic Growth Marketer @Leap

Role Description

We’re looking for a scrappy and creative Organic Growth Marketer to build Leap’s first scalable content-driven growth engine — starting with YouTube, then expanding into other high-impact organic channels and formats.

• Lead experimentation and execution across video formats (shorts and long-form), with a focus on YouTube, to drive awareness, trust, and user acquisition.
• This is a hands-on role with a clear mandate: build a repeatable, scalable video-led growth engine.
• Define and test content strategies, learn what resonates with our audience, and turn that insight into growth loops.
• Work directly with the Founder & CEO and the Head of Marketing.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in growth, content marketing, and video.
• Experience working in early-stage, fast-paced startups.
• Proven experience growing a YouTube channel or building a video-led growth engine.
• Strong understanding of video algorithms, SEO, and distribution tactics.
• Excellent copywriting instincts (hooks, titles, descriptions, CTAs).
• Comfort working independently and wearing multiple hats — editor, producer, strategist.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Comfort working in European and Latin American time zones.

Requirements

• Lead the experimentation strategy for organic growth, initially focused on video, with YouTube as the main channel.
• Design and optimize both short and long-form video content that drives engagement and acquisition.
• Collaborate with influencers, creators, and internal team members to scale content creation.
• Use data (watch time, subs, comments, conversions) to prioritize formats and content pillars.
• Test hypotheses quickly and document learnings to iterate faster.
• Contribute to the brand’s storytelling by aligning content with our mission and value proposition.
• Build lightweight workflows to enable consistent publishing and distribution.

Salary & Equity

At Microverse, salaries are transparent and adjusted based on location and experience. Here are some example locations:

• Colombia/Perú/Ecuador: $39k-50k
• Argentina/Mexico: $52k-66k
• Spain: 62k€-75k€

We also offer equity compensation, so you benefit from the long-term growth you help create.
