Role Description

Build Meta and TikTok campaigns from briefs to our naming, tracking and structure standards, and self-check before every handover.

• Manage budgets, audiences, creative rotation and placements daily; act or escalate early when delivery drifts.
• Keep catalogues, product sets, pixels and Conversions API healthy, and flag issues to your Pod Lead. (Mid level)
• Set up automated rules and run health checks after every launch and promotion.
• Run creative and audience tests on our framework and share what you learn with your pod and the wider team. (Mid level)
• Pull performance data, explain what moved and why, and support weekly and monthly reporting.
• Know each client's business and competitors, and keep up with new platform features.
• Use our automation and AI tools (bulk uploads, copy workflows, Smartly or similar) and suggest where manual work can be automated.

Your Platforms:

• Core: Meta (Advantage+ shopping, catalogue and dynamic product ads, Partnership ads) and TikTok (Smart+, catalogues, Spark Ads).
• A plus: Pinterest and Snapchat.
• Tools: Meta Events Manager and Conversions API, TikTok Events API, Smartly or similar, GA4 and Looker Studio.

Qualifications

• Junior: 1 to 2 years of hands-on Meta or TikTok experience.
• Mid: 2 to 4 years running accounts end to end.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers; you check your own work before anyone else has to.
• Clear written English and confidence working with Australian stakeholders.
• Comfortable with high brief volumes and tight turnarounds; curious about automation and AI.
• Nice to have: Search experience, retail or ecommerce, Meta Blueprint or TikTok Academy certifications.
