Role Description

In skincare, the ad is where the relationship starts. A stranger scrolling past on a phone gives us a second or two, and in that time the ad has to earn a look, a click, and the start of trust. Done well, it brings in customers who stay and reorder. Done badly, it burns budget on people who were never going to buy.

This role runs that moment. You'll own our Meta advertising: what we test, what we scale, where the budget goes, and how we know it's working. It's work where decisions turn into numbers within days, and every number tells you something.

A few examples of your responsibilities:

• Own the Meta ad account.
• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across our markets. You'll decide the structure, the audiences, the budgets, and when to scale or cut.
• Build a testing engine.
• Run a steady stream of tests on creative, hooks, angles, audiences, and offers. Know what you're testing, why, and what you'll do with the result.
• Scale what works.
• Find the winners, push spend up without breaking performance, and keep acquisition profitable as budgets grow.
• Work hand in hand with the creative team.
• Turn what the data shows into clear briefs for our writers and video editors, so the next round of ads is sharper than the last.
• Make the numbers trustworthy.
• Keep tracking and attribution clean, so every decision rests on data you can believe. Report on cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and customer quality.
• Take every market seriously.
• Adapt campaigns to the tastes, budgets, and buying habits of customers in Europe, the US, Canada, Australia, and beyond.
• Keep the account healthy.
• Know Meta's ad policies, especially for skincare claims, and keep our campaigns compliant and our account in good standing.
• Move fast without cutting corners.
• Use AI tools to speed up analysis, research, and reporting, then apply your own judgment to make the final calls.

• Relevant experience: [2+] years running Meta ads for e-commerce or consumer brands, with results you can show, ideally with the numbers to prove it. Experience in beauty, skincare, or another consumer category is a strong advantage. Excellent written English is essential.
