Role Description

This role involves negotiating and purchasing advertising space and time to reach target audiences effectively.

Develop media buying strategies, analyze options, optimize budgets, monitor ad performance, and report to clients.
Participate in media planning to identify target audiences and craft effective campaigns.
Ensure that ads reach the intended audience through the right channels at optimal prices.
Develop and maintain media partner relationships.
Analyze campaign and audience data to optimize media buying strategies.
Track and measure the performance of campaigns and develop strategies to optimize marketing spend.
Determine how well an ad campaign did by looking at data like reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Help clients reach their target audience by researching market trends, buying habits, demographics, and media usage.

Qualifications

1 to 2 years experience as a Lead Generation Specialist.
Excellent at generating high-quality leads and selling paid trial memberships.
Ability to communicate strategy and goals clearly and work well in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, development, current regulations, and technology, particularly in Sales, Lead Generation, Digital Marketing, and Media Buying.
Deep background in a remote setup of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor.
Outstanding English communication skills (Written & Verbal); capable of communicating directly with US clients and other clients worldwide.
Flexible and can work any hour of the day.
Fast, reliable, and stable internet connection (LAN or fiber) with internet backup.

Requirements

Create campaigns for assigned clients via Facebook Ads Manager.
Create campaigns for assigned clients via Google Ads Manager.
Optimize ad campaigns daily.
Deliver a CPL of under $17 for at least 70% of accounts managed.
Work with the rest of the digital marketing team to deliver great results to clients.
Grow your position with the company as the company grows.
Create great customer service experiences for all clients.

Benefits

Salary – $2000 per month.
Type of work – Full-time (remote), 40 hours per week.
Work schedule – Monday to Friday (9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST OR 8:00am - 4:00pm PST).
Job level – Expert.
