Role Description
We’re currently hiring a Customer Support Representative to join a mission-driven irrigation services team committed to delivering top-quality solutions to homeowners and businesses.
In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of daily operations—serving as the go-to support for both technicians and customers. You’ll manage scheduling, customer communication, and administrative follow-ups to ensure smooth and professional service delivery.

You’ll work closely with technicians and leadership to ensure customers have an outstanding experience from initial inquiry through post-service support. Your work will directly contribute to improving operational flow and customer satisfaction.
- Salary - $1100 / month
- Type of Work - Full Time (REMOTE)
- Work Schedule - Arizona time
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer service, operations, or administrative support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with scheduling tools or CRM systems is a plus
- Comfortable using tools like email, text platforms, and cloud-based apps
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive with a problem-solving mindset
- Able to work independently in a remote setup
- Experience in service-based or technician support industries is a bonus
Requirements
- In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry)
