Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy Marketing Virtual Assistant to support an aviation listing business. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of marketing, administrative, and customer service tasks with a strong focus on listing promotion, content management, CRM follow-ups, and general project coordination. This role is pivotal in helping streamline operations, manage marketing assets, and communicate with prospects effectively.
- Research aircraft listings to gather pricing, specifications, and market trends.
- Call and email to collect listing prices, specs, and sales information.
- Create market summary presentations to assist in pricing and positioning.
- Create listing materials, including flyers, spec sheets, and photo assets.
- Organize and maintain listing files (e.g., logbooks, photos).
- Prepare and post listings on multiple platforms (Controller, TAP, Barnstormers, Globalair, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Update advertisements as needed across listing platforms.
- Schedule and post social media content consistently.
- Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on social media.
- Assist in the execution of social media campaigns.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inbound email inquiries.
- Record and document new leads in the CRM system.
- Set and manage lead follow-up schedules.
- Communicate with prospects via email and text to nurture leads.
- Send out email updates about new opportunities to targeted leads.
- Draft purchase agreements and documentation for sales.
- Manage administrative tasks related to deal closing processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a virtual assistant or marketing support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Experience with listing platforms (Controller, TAP, Globalair, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media management and content scheduling tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
Requirements
- Bonus: Website Management. Support basic website maintenance tasks, update content and listing as needed.
- Bonus: Experience in the aviation industry.
