Role Description

This is a remote position.

• PHP 70,000 to PHP 80,000 per month
• 100% work from home, anywhere in the Philippines
• Full time, permanent Philippine employment with Offshore 24/7
• Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM PHT (includes a one hour break)
• Supporting clients across the United States

You will look after a portfolio of US clients using an in-house marketing platform, ensuring they derive value from it. This starts with onboarding: connecting their website and social accounts, setting up features like CTA pop-ups, and walking them through how the platform works. Once they are running, you will be their go-to person for:

• Advice on what to post, how often, and the content of their email campaigns.
• Understanding why their landing page is not converting.

A lot of this advice will turn into work you do yourself, including:

• Writing marketing copy for emails, social posts, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Building content examples and templates clients can adapt.
• Creating onboarding guides and tutorials to answer frequently asked questions.

Most marketing roles focus on one channel, but this role offers a portfolio of clients across different businesses, allowing you to see what works across all of them. You will gain breadth in:

• Social media
• Email
• SEO
• GEO
• Paid advertising

This combination can transform a marketing executive into a marketing consultant, a skill that is highly transferable. You will also be close to the product, as client feedback you collect will influence platform development.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, marketing operations, customer success, or a closely related role.
• Experience dealing directly with external clients, including over calls and video.
• Strong written English and genuine copywriting ability.
• Hands-on experience across at least two of the following: social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, or creative content production.
• A good working understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
• The ability to explain marketing concepts and software clearly to people with varying levels of experience.
• Comfortable picking up new software quickly and teaching it to others.
• Available to work 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Philippine time, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• Experience in client onboarding, customer success, account management, or SaaS support (Nice to Have).
• Background in B2B marketing, fintech, trading, or other technology-driven industries (Nice to Have).
• Experience running software demonstrations, training sessions, or webinars (Nice to Have).
• Basic design skills and the ability to create marketing assets independently in Canva, Figma, or similar (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Intercom, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Beehiiv, Brevo, Google Ads, or Meta Ads Manager (Nice to Have).
• Experience writing help documentation, tutorials, or educational content (Nice to Have).
• Understanding of GEO and AI-powered search visibility (Nice to Have).
