Role Description
Our client in the hospitality management education industry is looking for a Marketing Specialist (Part-Time) to lead marketing strategy and execution for the Middle East market, with a primary focus on the UAE and KSA. The role will oversee digital campaigns, offline initiatives, and sales enablement assets to support traffic, engagement, lead conversion, and student recruitment for the Bachelor program.

Develop and implement local marketing strategies to support student recruitment and program growth in Middle East markets.

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, paid media, and events.

Define and execute the digital marketing plan to drive traffic, engagement, and lead conversions for the Bachelor program.

Monitor and optimize the marketing funnel from lead generation through enrollment.

Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Collaborate closely with student recruitment officers to identify their needs and manage offline and online sales assets.

Manage weekly reviews with marketing agencies and provide monthly reporting to internal stakeholders.

Develop strategies tailored to younger audiences and their key influencers, including parents, counselors, and schools.

Support branding and storytelling initiatives that showcase excellence and leadership in hospitality education.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree in a business-related field; a Masterβs degree is a plus.

5 years of professional experience in a similar marketing position.

Deep understanding of the Middle East international education market and communication channels.

Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape, target audiences, and their needs.

Previous experience in digital advertising, including Paid Social Media and SEM, within a Western organization operating in the Middle East.

Ability to plan, execute, and measure lead-generation and brand awareness campaigns across key global and specific Middle East platforms.

Expertise in digital platforms.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage schedules and deliver work on time.

Excellent teamwork skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Fluency in English.
