Role Description
You will work with M&P Partners. We are looking for a highly creative, tech-expert Marketing Manager to take our companies and brands to the next level. You will be the hands-on "doer" working directly under our Marketing Lead, turning ideas into finished content, campaigns and creatives across our portfolio of brands, starting with a medical aesthetics brand, then expanding to a consulting business and the founder's personal brand.
A big part of this role is getting creative with what we already have: repurposing, editing, packaging and publishing it so it performs. This is not a strategy-only seat. We need someone who gets their hands dirty, is very creative, and also gets a lot done.
Responsibilities
-
Content Creation: Create new content from our existing content library (short-form video, reels, carousels, posts, graphics) for each brand.
-
Posting & Channel Management: Schedule, publish and manage content across social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and others as needed).
-
Email Marketing: Write and build emails and campaigns. The Marketing Lead provides ideation and final review; you own the writing, building and execution.
-
Ad & Marketing Creatives: Come up with and produce creatives for paid ads and marketing campaigns (statics, video concepts, hooks, copy).
-
Content Production Management: Manage the content pipeline end to end, making sure raw footage gets to editors, edits get done on time, and quality is maintained.
-
Tech & Tools: Own the marketing tech stack: scheduling tools, design and editing software, email platforms, CRMs and AI tools. Set things up, troubleshoot and keep them running.
-
AI Integration: Use AI tools to scale output (copy, scripts, image and video assets) without sacrificing brand voice.
-
Multi-Brand Execution: Start with the medical aesthetics brand, then expand the same system to the consulting business and the founder's personal brand.
-
Reporting: Track what's working (engagement, reach, email and ad metrics) and share short weekly updates with the Marketing Lead.
Time & Location
-
Full-Time (40 hrs/week), with an immediate start upon hire.
-
100% remote. You will need a quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam and a microphone for video calls.
-
Must be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones.
Qualifications
-
Very Creative: A strong eye for content, design and hooks. You can look at existing footage and see five new pieces of content.
-
Doer Mentality: Proven track record of executing at high volume. You don't wait for instructions to get things done.
-
Content & Social Experience: 2+ years creating and posting content and managing social channels for brands, ideally across multiple brands at once.
-
Ad Creative Experience: Experience coming up with creatives for paid social (Meta, TikTok or YouTube ads).
-
Email Copywriting: Strong writing skills to turn ideas into polished emails and captions.
-
Project Management: Highly organized and "tight" on details. Able to keep editors and deadlines on track.
-
Advanced English Level: Exceptional written and spoken communication is mandatory.
