Qualifications

• 5-7 years of marketing generalist experience.
• Expertise in social media, email marketing, and design.
• Experience managing agency partners.
• A strategic thinker who is energized by getting into the weeds.
• Genuine curiosity about fandoms, IP, and pop culture.
• A sharp, funny, versatile writer and editor rolled into one.
• Scrappy and resourceful by nature.
• Highly self-sufficient, organized, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Requirements

• Input on strategy.
• Be able to critique and input on existing high-level departmental plans.
• Shape launch strategy.
• Come to the table with cool, exciting, unexpected activation ideas.
• Work the agency relationship.
• Own design & social execution.
• Write original, fun copy that sounds fan native.
• Operate independently.
