[Hiring] Marketing / Growth Web Designer @Arca

Role Description

Our marketing site and landing pages live in Framer — and they never sit still. We're constantly shipping new pages, testing ads, and tuning for conversion. You'll own that entire surface: design it, build it, ship it. No handoffs, no agency middle layer, no waiting on engineering. If the idea of taking a page from blank Framer canvas to live-and-converting in a single afternoon sounds fun, you'll feel at home here.

What you'll own

• The marketing site and landing pages in Framer (concept -> execution)
• Same-day iterations as we test ads and tune conversion.
• CMS, reusable components, and responsive layouts, with light animation where it helps.

Qualifications

• Expert-level Framer.
• Knowledge of CMS, components, responsive design, and light interaction.
• Experience with conversion-focused design.
• A track record of landing pages that move the numbers — with results you can speak to.
• Fast and responsive work style.
• NYC-based, ideally. Remote US considered for the right person.

Requirements

• Contract / hourly, part-time to start (a few hours a week, scaling as needed).
• Roughly $120–150/hr.
• Send a portfolio with live Framer URLs you built end to end — ideally landing pages where you can speak to the conversion results.
